Salterns Way, an impressive luxury home in Lilliput

Project Brief:
Create beautiful marketing CGIs for CBS's website and marketing materials.

Project Overview:
I had worked on the planning application for Salterns Way about 5 years previously for the land owner and helped achieve planning permission. The plans had changed a little during the build process, which is not uncommon, so some amendments were made for these new CGIs. I created 2 CGIs for this project; a front and a rear CGI. The rear view is the most impressive with the large expanses of glass and decking with the pontoon reaching out into Blue Lagoon.
