OUR APPROACH
Precision meets emotion
We believe that architectural visualisation is not simply about replicating reality - it's about revealing the emotional truth of a space before it exists.
Every material, every light source, every atmospheric detail is considered. Our process combines technical rigor with artistic sensitivity, ensuring that each image serves both commercial objectives and design integrity.
This is how we help our clients sell not just buildings, but the experience of living within them.

WHAT WE DO
Services tailored to the demands of premium developments
Residential Visualisation
Unbuilt homes don’t sell themselves. We turn residential designs into compelling visual narratives that buyers, planners, and investors immediately understand and trust. Our visuals accelerate sales and secure commitment before ground is broken.
Commercial Visualisation
Commercial projects succeed when everyone shares the same vision early. We create high-impact visual tools that establish a confident pre-let story, reduce uncertainty, and strengthen leasing conversations. CGIs, animations, virtual tours, and supporting media build clarity, credibility, and long-term reputation.
Interior Decorating
Design mistakes are expensive — especially in hospitality and high-value private homes. We create fully realised interior concepts using CGIs and virtual tours so decisions are made with clarity before construction begins. This approach reduces risk, avoids costly revisions, and gives clients confidence in every choice.
Architectural Tools
Design conversations stall when clients can’t fully visualise the build. I develop interactive Sketchfab models that allow architects to present designs clearly, iterate faster, and secure client confidence earlier in the process. This shortens decision cycles and keeps projects moving.
Media
Attention is the currency of modern property and brand marketing. I create cinematic visual content for adverts and broadcast that captures interest, communicates value instantly, and elevates brand perception. These pieces are designed to stand out, not blend in.
Product & Brand
We produce photoreal CGIs, animations, and interactive configurators that let clients explore products with confidence and move faster toward decisions. The result is stronger brand presence, fewer sales bottlenecks, and measurable commercial momentum.
Are you ready to sell before you build?
Off-plan developments rarely struggle because of location, design, or demand. They struggle because buyers can’t clearly picture the finished home. When the finished product isn’t obvious, buyers hesitate.
They wait for construction progress, they ask cautious questions and they negotiate harder.
The Visualise the Finish approach removes that uncertainty by showing the finished home clearly before the listing goes live.
This pack explains the visual foundations that create stronger early enquiries and protect launch momentum.

A note from Dorothy
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the moment an idea becomes something other people can emotionally connect with.
When I was about eight or nine years old, I spent Christmas with my family in the French Alps. My parents had a little apartment in Thollon and we enjoyed our holidays there surrounded by friends we saw every year. One morning, after fresh snowfall, my dad took me for a walk with his new camera to a small church, just down the hill from our apartment.
The snow was untouched and the morning light was incredible. The whole scene felt almost ethereal. I remember us trying to capture that moment because I wanted the rest of the family to experience what we were seeing.
When the photographs were eventually developed (yes I'm very old and this is the time before digital cameras were readily available) everyone in the family was captivated by the image and wished they had been there that morning themselves.
That stayed with me.
It was the first time I realised imagery could emotionally transport people to places and moment they had never physically experienced.
Years later, when I started my second ArchViz company, I initially believed CGI was simply about creating beautiful images. But after struggling to grow the business, I was eventually given an opportunity to work with Barratt David Wilson Homes.
What changed everything was hearing their marketing team explain how the visuals were compelling buyers to visit developments, make offers and ultimately purchase homes.
That shifted my perspective.
I realised visualisation wasn't decoration - it was influencing belief, confidence and human behaviour.
I also realised that too many developers still market reactively. They assume developments will simply sell once they're built, so visualisation becomes an afterthought instead of part of the launch strategy. By the time photography, brochures and campaigns finally happen, momentum has already been lost, holding costs have increased and future projects delayed.
Today my mission is to create launch advantage for ambitious property developers by turning uncertain developments into homes buyers emotionally connect with and confidently buy.
Because i believe the future of property marketing belongs to developers who can create belief before construction is complete.
